Privacy
This page explains what happens when you visit the site. We have tried to keep it short and readable.
In short: we do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect personal information, and we set no cookie that identifies you without your consent.
What we never ask for
There is no sign-up on this site. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, address, or location. We do not read your device's location — you choose a district yourself, and that choice is kept in the address bar.
We do not build a profile of which village you look at.

The consent cookie exists precisely so that we do not ask you the same
question over and over. If you refused, we have to store that fact — otherwise
you would be asked again on every visit.
Both stay in your browser and tell us nothing about who you are.
Server logs
Like any website, our server keeps connection logs: the address requested, the date and time, the browser type, and the IP address. These are for security and fault-finding. They are not used for advertising or profiling.
Analytics
The only analytics on this site is Vercel Analytics, which counts how many times each page is viewed. There is no Google Analytics or equivalent advertising analytics tool.
The measurement is cookieless — no identifier is written to your device and you are not followed from one visit to the next. Details such as the page address, the referring site, the country and the device type are turned into a count that cannot be traced back to you, which is why it falls outside the consent question we ask for advertising cookies.
Advertising
The site's server costs are covered by advertising.
Ad networks may set their own cookies to manage the ads they show. Those cookies belong to the network, not to us; we cannot read or see what is in them. They are typically used to avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly, to count clicks, and to detect fraud. Where personalised advertising is enabled, they may also be used to infer interests.
None of these cookies are set without your consent. The first time you arrive, you will see a question at the bottom of the page. "Reject" is as visible as "Accept" and takes one click; it is not hidden behind a second screen or a buried settings panel.
If you refuse, the site keeps working exactly as before. Nothing is disabled. Ads are shown non-personalised, meaning they are chosen based on the page's content rather than on you.
If you want to change your answer later, clearing this site's cookies in your browser is enough — the question will be asked again.
The rule we hold ourselves to on ad layout is this: no ad may ever come between a person and the answer they came for. So there is no advertising at the top of the page, over the map, or next to the countdown; and no pop-ups, interstitials, or sticky bars covering the content. Pages showing an error, or warning that the data is stale, carry no advertising at all.

The source links on outage cards take you to KIB-TEK's or a news outlet's pages. Once you are there, their privacy policies apply, and we have no control over what they do.
Children
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, we hold no record of you to delete. If you have a question about this page all the same, write to fathgnc.dev@gmail.com.
You can delete this site's cookies from your browser settings at any time.
Deleting locale forgets your language choice; deleting consent means the
advertising question is asked again.
Changes
We update this page when something on the site actually changes. If a new cookie or third-party service is added, it will be written here before it is added.
